From first app to better keywords.
A short path through Dekadans. Start with one app, find useful keywords, then watch what changes.
Four steps. One clear workflow.
Add the app you want to grow
Open Keywords and add an App Store link or ID. Choose its platform and home store. Not published yet? Add it by name to research demand before launch.
Add your appFind your next keyword opportunity
Open Research. Discover keywords from an app or browse most-searched terms. Analyze a keyword’s live rankings, compare popularity, or explore ideas from competitor names and subtitles.
Explore ResearchKeep the keywords worth watching
Select a target app in your research results and click Track. You can also add keywords directly in Keywords. Each tracked keyword and store combination uses one tracking slot.
Open KeywordsRead the movement, not just today’s rank
Open a tracked keyword to see its rank history (7 days on Free, your full history on Pro) and compare changes over time. Measurements refresh daily; manual refresh is also available. History builds as new measurements arrive.

What the numbers mean
| Metric | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Rank | Lower is better. #1 is the first returned search result. A missing rank means your app was not found in the returned results, not that it is absent from the store. |
| Popularity | A relative score from 5–100; 5 is the lowest value shown. Higher means more search demand; it is not an exact search count. |
| Difficulty | A score from 0–100. Lower means less competition. It is a guide, not a promise that your app will rank. |
| Missing score (—) | No score is available. A missing score is not the same as zero. |
Research calls vs. tracked keywords
A successful research request uses one research call, including cached results and requests made through MCP. Opening a research method or an app lookup window does not use a call. Failed requests and invalid inputs do not count. Research limits reset at 00:00 UTC: monthly on Free, daily on Pro.
Tracking uses your keyword allowance instead. Adding keywords and refreshing tracked measurements are not research calls. Deleting a tracked keyword frees its slot, but permanently removes its saved history.
Research ideas are not automatically tracked. Competitor ideas come from app names and subtitles; they are not verified ranking gaps. Most-searched results show their source month, which can be earlier than the current month.
