- Make sure the keyword is in your app name, subtitle or keyword field. The App Store doesn't rank apps for words it can't find there. The metadata checker finds wasted space.

How do I check my app's ranking for a keyword on the App Store?

Why does my app rank differently on my phone?
Search results vary with the storefront, the device, and personal signals like apps you've already installed. This checker uses a neutral iPhone search in the store you pick, so it shows the ranking a new user would see.
Why isn't my app in the results?
The App Store only returns a limited number of apps for each search. If your app isn't among them, it doesn't rank for that keyword yet. Make sure the keyword is in your app name, subtitle or keyword field, and check the right storefront.
How often do App Store rankings change?
Daily, and sometimes several times a day. A single check is a snapshot; to see trends after a metadata update, track the keyword every day.
